Annette came to Thoma in 1995 after returning from Sarasota, Florida to Cortland County. She attended Manatee Community College and has many years of experience in customer service, supervision, and accounting. Annette provides support to other Thoma team members,and coordinates the marketing and administrationof various programs,

including housing rehabilitation, sidewalk replacement, and septic and well replacements.

She is responsible for qualifying program applicants, coordinating and processing funding drawdowns, completing financial reports, and ensuring proper maintenance of program records and applicant files.
