Dan first worked with Thoma Development Consultants as an intern in 2007. He earned his B.A. degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 2008 from the University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning. Following that, Dan earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2012 from Albany Law School of Union University where he graduated with honors. While attending law school, Dan clerked for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Chief Administrative Law Judge.
Dan is duly admitted to practice law in the courts of the state of New York, has experience working in private practice, and has worked with a number of municipalities, planning boards, and zoning boards of appeal covering numerous facets of land use and planning. Dan is also a member of the Cortland Downtown Partnership’s Board of Directors.
