Rich has been with Thoma since 1995 and assumed full ownership and management of the company in January 2018. He has a B.F.A. degree from Syracuse University, has completed Masters level work at the University of Vermont, and is a Certified Main Street Manager through the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Cortland Program.

Dan first worked with Thoma Development Consultants as an intern in 2007. He earned his B.A. degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 2008 from the University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning. Following that, Dan earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2012 from Albany Law School of Union University where he graduated with honors. While attending law school, Dan clerked for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Chief Administrative Law Judge.

Linda was Thoma's first employee, joining Bernie Thoma in 1980 to form the company. After growing up in western and central New York, she attended the State University of New York at Cortland where she received a B.S.E. degree.

Lucas was born and raised in Abilene, TX before receiving his B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning in 2018 from Cornell University. A year later, he graduated with a Master's in Regional Planning (M.R.P) also from Cornell. While studying at Cornell, Lucas worked as an intern

Colleen earned both a B.A. in Geographic Information Systems, and a M.A. in Geography and Urban Planning at Binghamton University. Her background includes nine years in the Planning and Development department in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

Annette came to Thoma in 1995 after returning from Sarasota, Florida to Cortland County. She attended Manatee Community College and has many years of experience in customer service, supervision, and accounting. Annette provides support to other Thoma team members,and coordinates the marketing and administrationof various programs,

Kate joined Thoma in June 2015. A native of the Central New York, Kate has years of customer service experience working for local businesses. Most recently she comes from Marietta Corporation, where she provided support to many international customers as a customer relations specialist.

- Rehabilitation Assistant
Harold Peck completed an 18-year career as a NYS Trooper in 1979. He worked for the next 30 years doing remodeling projects and commercial painting and wallpapering. In 2012, Thoma hired Harold as a Rehabilitation Assistant.
- Rehabilitation Manager
Phil graduated with a BA degree from SUNY Geneseo. He returned to Thoma in 2013 after a five-year absence. Prior to that time, he was with our firm for twenty years. Phil has attended numerous educational courses over the years to enhance his expertise in the construction field.
- Administrative Coordinator/Bookkeeper
Tina joined Thoma in 2001. Growing up in Cortland and Moravia, New York, Tina graduated from Tompkins Cortland Community College with an A.A.S. degree in office technology. At Thoma, Tina provides bookkeeping services for Thoma, as well as for our customers' programs and loan portfolios.
