- Rehabilitation Assistant

Harold Peck completed an 18-year career as a NYS Trooper in 1979. He worked for the next 30 years doing remodeling projects and commercial painting and wallpapering. In 2012, Thoma hired Harold as a Rehabilitation Assistant.

In this capacity he completes housing inspections for our rehabilitation projects south of Rochester and in and west of the Village and Town of Waterloo.
