The Village of Elmira Heights has been awarded $300,000 in Community Development Block Grant Funding through the New York State Office of Community Renewal. The Village has hired Thoma Development Consultants of Cortland NY to assist the Village with grant administration. Program guidelines and the application form can be downloaded below.
